if i were any more bored... i'd be a vegetable.
this day is going incredibly slow. yes, it's already noon, but i came in today at 9, and i'm not leaving until 6. damn, i've only been here for 3 hours? WTF? i do have work to do, but i'm not in the mood. sometimes my spurts of productivity come and go and it's really unfortunate because then i look for other ways to occupy my time. i really want to be shopping. and i don't really shop that much. but i have been lately, so that's probably why. btw, chakee, i looked for that necklace at express at UTC and couldn't find it. oh well, i'm just sticking with the one i bought at fashion valley. it's cute.
so, today i'm wearing my most FAVORITEST pair of jeans in the whole wide world. they are a pair of jeans from express, but they don't make this cut anymore. they used to have different types of jeans (now they only have 2) and these ones were stovepipe. with my fluctuations in weight, i've been able to fit in them a few times in the last few years, but they feel good now. a smidge snug, but i'm so glad to have them on my happy ass. i can breathe and do jumping jacks if i wanted, so yes! i think they feel snug because lately all of my other jeans feel loose, so that's probably why. ooh, and i also bought a dress for julena's baptism and yes ma'am, it is a size smaller than i've had to buy in the past. yippee! i haven't been as dedicated to the weight watchers deal as i should be, but i'm definitely doing okay. i'm still losing weight slowly and surely so that's good. also, being full feels different now. since in the beginning of weight watchers, being full didn't exist, now it just feels different. it's hard to explain i guess.
it's such a nice day outside. i wish i wasn't stuck at work. poop.
dude, i was supposed to get my cell phone today from fedex. andy went to home depot for a few minutes, and the fedex guy came and went. he left a notice on our door, but here's the cool part. kyle was home. and the guy didn't even bother ringing our doorbell. huh??? if he's already there, he couldn't take the 3 seconds to see if someone was home? lame. i guess it was cause there weren't any cars in our carport, but that's not a reason. well, now i have to go to fedex on my way home. oh well.
ooh! andy just booked the hotel rooms for the night of the wedding. he just called me just now. cool!!! so, if anyone doesn't know, we blocked hotel rooms at the Sheraton downtown. We got an extra one or two rooms because hopefully, we can find people to occupy them, but we had to sign a contract to get a specific rate and reserve that many rooms. anyway, since our wedding is on a sunday, our reception is going to end pretty early, probably around 10pm, so we're going to do some afterpartying probably downtown, then have everyone back to toto's hotel room for a little more fun if everyone is up for it. anyway, if you haven't let me know and you'd like a room (or want to share with a bunch of other people so everyone doesn't have to drive home that night) let me know and we can see if we need to add more rooms or if the number we got will be enough. oh, and since it's in august, there won't be any school on monday, so i hope all of my cousins plan on staying and partying that night!!!
